Hello, I'm Shannon Chapman! I'm a single mom to a fun and funny 6-year-old little boy that I adore!

Besides being a busy mom, I've been passionately working in IT since I selected my major in Information Technology at the University of Central Florida, signing up for as many internships as I could, which was back in 2006.

I wanted to start this blog to get my thoughts and ideas 'on paper' and to share with others. I'm curious if they resonate with others and/or if other people have had similar experiences or perspectives. I always like to keep an open mind, challenging my thoughts to new perspectives and different ways to solve life's and work's problems.

But, really who cares what I have to say? It's not like the world needs another opinion out there on the internet, am I right?

Well, what's great about a blog is that you don't have to read it!

It's up to you if you wish to read (and I hope you do!).

More importantly, I hope you get tangible ideas that inspire your own perspectives and maybe even help you in your life or career journey. I will share anything from mentorship, new innovations in Technology, board advising, volunteering, leadership, the list goes on! You'll never know what I'll write about next!
